I have been going to this restaurant since it opened. I was so excited when they did open! The food is good, especially the... chimichanga. The street tacos are good, but I do like Los Brothers better for those, however this place is only a couple minutesaway. I really wanted to support them & I've tried, but since they hired a new female server, things have gone downhill. Weusually order to go & used to order online, but one time my order wasn't even started after 30 minutes when I went to pick itup. I was told by this server not to order online. They were a little busy & she seemed overwhelmed. I don't think this shouldeven be an option on the website if it shouldn't be used. She told me to call in the order. So the next time we tried doingthat. That was also unsuccessful. The phone would ring once & hang up. I called about 7 times. Not surprising, when I went into place my order this girl was working & I said something about it. When I tried to call in front of her it magically worked!!!It seems she doesn't want our business & they would get a lot of it until now. We have tried calling other times as well & hadthe same problem. It's really too bad that one person who works there will make us not return because we really like this placebut ordering ahead to take home is what works best for us. If you dine in, maybe it's fine. Everyone there has always been verynice, it's just this one person that has been making this a bad ordeal. Hopefully sometime we'll be able to return because wedo really like it & there aren't many options this close to us. I hate leaving negative reviews, but this is just beyondfrustrating. Food was superb but portion for the price was far less then what I was expecting. Took another star because they were out of... stock of something I ordered and they didn't call me or tell me when I came in. I called them and then they won't refund mymoney but expect me to come in to get the food on another day. Update: the owner called me and refunded the money and I am veryhappy about this! He was polite and apologized. Very happy! Thanks! If you are looking for a change from your norm try themout because the food really is fantastic! Read more

Good food. Need experience people working to elevate it to a great restaurant. Ordered to go and received microwaved food that... was cold in the middle. Was unable to reheat it so couldn't eat it. Was given a credit, thank you, but would rather have beenfed. This was a common problem with other people who I asked that had ate there so hopefully it's been resolved.
