Well, I am sorry to say that although I loved Chopt salads, I will have to say goodbye.... Due to the laziness of a worker who... decided not to wash the veges, I contracted E.Coli! Well, it only took 1 day after eating my Mexican Caesar salad for thesymptoms to kick in and 4 DAYS, one IV and 1 round of antibiotics to be able to be vertical once again. First there was no one working at that station so I go to the next to ask the lady that was there if she could help me. She... looked at me and just continued having a 5-8 minute conversation with the lady in front of me. This conversation had nothing todo with her ordering food she was talking about her life. If sorry but when you are at work it?s not time gossip you should bedoing your job. Never bothering to go there again. Read more
Let me just say my this review has nothing against the food ... my issue is how slow the service is. I?ve gone to this location... 3 times since it opened... I work in the complex... I have never been more than 3rd in line and I have spent my ENTIRE 15 minbreak waiting in line only to get back to work and not be able to eat my food. I asked to speak with a manager this last timeand none of the employees could find him. Go figure... super disappointing because those who work in the complex were stokedabout this place and if this is the case they will not be getting the support of the employees just due to time.
