I shared a large order of chicken poppers with Cajun fries and a small side of mushroom poppers for lunch. The mushrooms were... juice and had great texture. The chicken however was over cooked, hard and dry. The sauces helped it go down easier but it?sdefinitely not something I would ever go for ever again. The fries was flavorful and had a nice crunch. The mushroom was thesaving grace, without it the meal would have been pretty bad. We tried the tai sweet chili, buttermilk bandy ranch and the hotAsian bbq. Nothing all that special about sauces, they were pretty meh IMO. When we ordered, around 1:10pm on a weekday, all thechairs were on top of the tables so we assumed it was takeout only. Not sure if that?s really the case as this listing herestates dine-in as a option. We had the food in our car. The staff was friendly and the food was made really quick. Visited this spot for the first time tonight. The restaurant was clean and full of colors with graffiti like walls. The menu was... pretty easy to follow. I had their medium crunchy poppers with fries and it comes with your choice of two sauces. I got theirHot Asian BBQ and Caribbean Sweet Heat. I didn?t like the Caribbean Sweet heat sauce it was tangy with a kick but not sweet.The Asian BBQ sauce was tasty but not hot at all or have Asian flavor to me. The vibe here is great, and the food is even better. They let us sample sauce before we ordered. And their sauces were so yummy.... mushroom poppers: delicious. Ranch blt wrap: delicious. The food isn?t bad nor awesome. The tenders were good and you can taste the slight seasoning to it. Now the customer service was... so so. The two who attended me on my order was a bit snobbish. It was might first time there so I didn?t know the menu. When Iordered I felt both attendants being snobbish. I ordered cheese on my fries and was told in a taste way that they don?t havecheese fries. The food is really good. But the customer service leaves something to be desired. My wife and I ordered through Uber Eats and... then after placing the order I called to find out if they have nuts in anything as my wife is really allergic. The person thatanswered the phone had basically no idea what I was talking about. I was shocked that he didn?t already know the answer to sucha basic question in the food industry these days. He told me to wait, he put the phone down and I was on hold for almost 10minutes listening to people joking around in the background? never got an answer and he never came back to the phone. I hung upand tried calling them back hoping he would hear the phone and remember?I called back 10 times as my wife didn?t know if shecould eat what she ordered? we had to resort to messaging the Uber eats driver to ask when he went to pick up the food and hetold us that they said there were no nuts in the food? doesn?t sound too reassuring to be honest so now we got the food but mywife is nervous because if they were that quick to tell the delivery guy there were no nuts, why didn?t they just tell me overthe phone?
