Worst experience ever. The food is usually hot, juicey and fresh. Well they missed the mark this time. The chicken was dry and... barely warm. The place had a foul odor as you walked in, we placed our order and had to clean off our table. The place wasfilthy to say the least. Threw away half our dinner. An awful experience all around. I am not given enough food after ordering on the drive through and paying for everything. When I... call the Popeyes and ask to come back, I am spoken to rudely and am given a 5 minute limit. When I come back in time, I wasgiven mac and cheese that had suspicious black marks on them and a spicy chicken sandwich covered in buffalo sauce, that wasmeant to be classic. The mac and cheese seemed inedible and the chicken sandwich was too spicy at this point. Really need tostep up customer service as the manager consistently makes mistakes and refuses to accept that he does. Read more
The skinny white dude with glasses who works the drive thru taking orders could be a little more professional rather than... attempting to be familiar with people. The guy wants to even finish making your order for you by forcing you to finish yourorder with fries and a coke. As if he knows what you want. Read more
It was so disappointing tonight!! The manager and the girl took my order they were so not friendly at all!! There were 8... customer orders taken but is slow and the attitudes giving both manager and the girl. Mixing the orders not going by orders. Ontop of that, I came home to sit down to eat I had 8 pieces instead 11 pieces. Right away I called 4 times no one picked up thephone ???????????? please stop hiring this kind of employees, they are just miserable and nasty. No one smiles if they thatmiserable why work there to get a job there is no people. And there was a guy with Wendy's shirt on the I guess friend of thecashier girl give him some thing free from the refrigerator. He did pay for it! came for pick up of mobile order but door was locked. the schedule on the door sez open until 10pm on saturday. i could see some... ppl inside but was not allowed in. so had to wait in the drive thru. which was really slow. each car was like 5 minutes. so wespent like 20 minutes picking up our mobile order.
