I?ve been craving for authentic Japanese ramen meals for the longest time and thank goodness I found this place for first time... after awhile for not coming to the Garden State Plaza mall. Noodles are cooked to perfection, broth sizzling with the righttemperature and the crunchy pork added to it made it one of the best meals I had for a long time. This isn't gourmet japanese ramen, but it is unbelievably delicious. For a food court/fast food experience the food tastes... authentic, fresh, and delicious for the speed. Great staff sets it up for you. We got the chicken ramen and vegetable shoyuramen as well as a bun. All was delicious and quick, well above expectations. Disappointed by the sloppy service. I explicitly asked for no scallions due to food sensitivity, yet they still included it.... They also did not pack any broth (to go order), which defeats the purpose of eating ramen. Very surprising given how fewcustomers they had. Read more
