I have tried to give this location chance after chance after chance, however, today was the final straw. I placed an order for... two large smoothies that, usually are blue. Upon delivery, I instantly knew the location messed up again, when two red drinkswere left at my doorstep. I have no idea what are in these drinks, if it is something myself and or my child may be allergicto... so I contacted the delivery service, Door Dash and they said they will need to contact Jamba Juice to process a return.Well... no one EVER picks up at this location. Door Dash could not get in contact with them and I tried calling back to back for40 minutes and still... you guesses it, no one picked up. I will no longer be spending my money at this location. Hopefullyeither everyone at this location is fired and better people are hired or a better Jamba Juice location opens up nearby. Read more

I had a coupon to get a bakery item so went to this location. I wanted to order the impossible sandwich but they couldn't take... the cheese off so I went with the apple cinnamon pretzel. I ordered through the app and walked in the mall to find thelocation. There was only one worker so she didn't have my pretzel ready yet because she helping others. Another worker came andshe got my pretzel for me and the main girl that was there sealed it for me. When I got home I ate the pretzel and it was prettygood. It wasn't too sweet which I liked. I am always up for Jamba juice. Having moved to jersey 20 years ago from California, the readily available Jamba Juices... everywhere is one of my biggest regrets. I can live without Carl's Jr, Jack 8n the box, Jimboys and most everything else, but Itake every opportunity I can to visit Jamba Juice whenever I can. Read more

They have a menu listed with the prices I order under the fresh shot menu however the price for the fresh us were off by two... dollars, when I asked the cashier why the discrepancy she told me that?s for the bottled shots. Specialize in fruit and veggie smoothies. Also have a selection of 'Energy bowls' of different fruits As well as freshly... squeezed juices. All their stuff is a tad pricey, but delicious. Read more

I got a smoothie from here today and I do not know how I feel about my experience nor do I know how explain it. I am still... shocked that this happened. I had about 1/4 of a cup left of my small strawberry surf rider and sometimes there are small fruitchunks at the bottom. Obviously I was at the mall and I did not know this situation can even be possible so I was not looking inmy drink to see if there were unexpected things that were not supposed to be in there. When I took a sip and there was a halfmushy fruit chunk, I bit down and it was hard so I knew it couldn't have been fruit. I took it out of my mouth and it was asmall black rock the size of a grain of rice but 2x in thickness. I showed my friend and she was as shocked as I was andsuggested I should inform the store. I was thinking of going back to the store to show them but I felt like they would'velaughed and thought I was joking. I was going to take a picture but when i placed it on the lid of my cup and proceeded to grabmy phone from my bag, it fell. It is hard to believe...do not get me wrong I love Jamba Juice i come here at least once a week.Some of the workers have attitudes and rushes some of my orders sometimes but for the most part they're great.
