Good service, food qualty also good. The main drawback is this is the Garden State Mall location. Very busy, and prices much... higher than other locations - because it is the mall. Choose another one if you want to avoid the mall, and all the issues withit. Read more
My burger was overcooked and overpriced. The wait was really long and the fries soggy. This was a really disappointing lunch... that cost me $15. I can only imagine it's because there were only 2 guys. One star per guy. I recommend getting more guys,making better food and charging less. Read more
Really poor service, ordered veg burger and I have been told I will get a grilled burger but from no angle it was grilled (not... even veggies, cabbage was yellowish means it was not fresh) . I was able to eat hardly 2 bytes and thrown rest of the burger intrash. Later had Chipotle,please improve your service. Read more
My bacon cheeseburger was very dry and had no seasoning. Service was good but didn't make up for the food. I won't be going back... and wouldn't recommend it. Shake shack burgers are 100 times better!! Read more
First time at this Five Guys and I was rather disappointed. Ordered a Little Bacon Burger with lettuce, tomatoes, regular... onions and barbecue sauce. My usual order, unfortunately this time my burger was dry. I usually go to the one on Rt. 23 and Iusually have a good experience there, sad to say I can't say the same thing here. Finally, they are open in the Bistro food court. Great selection of burgers at a decent price. Tasty, but their buns don't hold... up real well. French fries are great. Quick service. Read more
