Workers hate their lives. Always look miserable. Unfortunately I have to stop by here every morning because of the commute.... They?re careless. Stopped at this location for the first time and learned Customer Service is adequate but clearly not their primary focus. ...or... perhaps not the primary focus of the person who served me at that particular time. I didn't take it personal, and neither isthis review personal, but my honest review is that my local Dunkins are far better than this location at customer service withthe same great products to offer. This Dunkin location is among the worst I have ever been to, and I have been to A LOT. Sometimes I come here out of convenience... due to my location, and every time I leave feeling the same regret. The workers here are just awful. Whoever owns / manages thisfranchise location really sucks at what they do. Out of the 10-20 times over the last 10 years I have stopped into this one, Ihave had a positive experience maybe 5 times? It's my own fault for continuing to come in, but sometimes I really do think tomyself "maybe this time it will be different". It never is though. Read more
