Something is wrong with young employee?s that are working in the costumer service industry, I?ve been seeing a lot of attitude... and neglect. This girl working while on the phone with T-Mobile trying to fix her personal phone problem while me and anothercostumer waited to be taken care of. Pathetic service. They use a magicJack number for their phone number and cannot get through to them. Placed an Uber eats order... and they messed it up completely but we just couldn?t reach them to even talk about it. Read more

I'm used to DD being extremely fresh and great quality. This morning's DD was "OK" but not as exceptional as we're all used to.... Hoping it gets back to perfection soon. (Had an egg an' cheese on muffin and a donut that were not totally fresh... and STILLbetter than competitors) Read more
I went there today around 4 pm to get 2 medium cold brews. I tried to use a coupon that lets me get a medium cold brew for 1... dollar and the guy behind the Counter did not want to scan it because the cold brews are 2 dollars between 2pm and 6pm. He saidit did not work and i know for a fact it does work as long as they scan the coupon. He already made the cold brews so if he justscanned my coupon i would have paid for them. But since he was being argumentative and upset that i had a coupon i decided tolet him enjoy the cold brews all byhimself. I drove 5 min aways and they allowed me to use my coupon in Teaneck!! I posted apicture so this DD learns that coupons can be used even if something is already discounted. Problem solved!!! I will personallyreturn to this DD to educate the individual behind the counter that these coupons indeed work if they scan the coupon whenthey are asked to. All in all this experience highlights the creation of problems that should not have occurred. 1 star!! Read more
This Dunkin & BR is attached to the Sunoco station convenience store on Rt 4E. Typical Dunkin fare and quality, however no place... to sit. Basically a grab and go. The Sunoco's gas prices are always way above (like $1.00) the local competition pricing. Read more
