Very dissatisfied first off when I walk in la michoacana it was super hot in there. It Felt like they had the heater on. Then I... order one scoop of ice cream. The lady then said they did not have the one scoop cups I said Okay thinking she would put it ina different size cup but she said no she couldn't I would have to buy two scoop cup. I couldn't believe she couldn't substitutea two scoop cup. Luckily I had the money but if a large family wants to treat there children to ice cream they would have to payfor two scoop cup unacceptable. Bad for business!!! Read more

I just got the worse service ever from this location. For one I?m a military veteran with medical issues and spent $28.00 and... was refused access to their restroom which states for customers only due to the fact that they just cleaned it. I don?t see as areason to not give customers access if in proper working order. Then when received what I purchased employee refused to give mea cup carrier stated that owners policy is that you must purchase 3 cup items or your not entitled one. Also purchased twobionicos and wanted cream on the side which employ also refuse to give due to the fact that if not poured on fruit I wasn?tallowed any because no way of measuring amount.
