The last 2 times I have gone thru the line, my order has been messed up! I live way out in the Country and always in a hurry to... get home. But for future record, I am going to have to be the person ahead of you who is holding up the line because I want tomake sure that it is for sure MY order & I get what I pay for!! Made an order and paid via the app. Went through drive thru and gave my name and they told me I had a $3.89 Ballance... After... about 5 minutes they were able to work it out. The staff was friendly for the most part and restaurant looked clean from theoutside. 3 stars due to we got someone else order. After 30 minutes inline I wasn't going to go back through the line to pickup the correct. Things happen so it is what it is and they did offer to make it right at a later date after calling to tellthem. I'll update my rating when I go back for the replacement order. Read more
This is absolutely the worst Taco Bell we have eaten at! We waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru line and our food was cold... when handed to us. Went back inside and politely asked for a new HOT order. Remake was terrible in taste and looks! Tacoshells were soggy and food was incorrectly made and still cold!! We will never eat here again!! I give two stars only because of Bill/Eric and the only other employee which I don't know his name. As far as I was aware there... were only two employees working tonight. Eric kept an amazing attitude even though the drive through was completely packed tothe road nonestop. The food we did receive was great, I just wish we would have received our complete order which was placedonline before we got there. I'm not placing blame on them though because there should be at least two more employees working. Ican say this taco bell has gone downhill in the past two years. Each time we have went there regardless of the number ofemployees working our order has not been completed correctly. We were missing a couple of the high dollar items tonightincluding a 5 layer beef burrito and Chipotle cheddar chelupa, we received a beef chipotle ranch burrito instead of thechicken.
