This is the superior breakfast franchise. The food is delicious, the coffee is rich and the treats are well made. My only... criticism is the hash browns are never very good. It's almost like the potato patties are stale or cooked in a microwave. Asidefrom the hash browns, this place is amazing. Read more
Classic breakfast is awesome and the go to place for donuts. I don't drink coffee so i can't comment on that..
Went to Robins Paradise location on kenmount rd. Young fella was friendly, place clean, had a few rowdy young fells hanging... round. Ordered a dozen donuts. Selected from the limited options they had. I paid $17! Thought it was wrong price since a dozenat Tim's is barely $11! But at a Bowling tournament all day & get a family treat since at other Robins we have enjoy theirproduct. Got home boiled kettle and the apple fritters were rock hard like a dried out deep fried funnel cake. The cinnamon bunshad no cinnamon flavor and dry. Was very disappointed. Tried calling number out of order on their web site. So doing this formatinstead. Avoid this place! UPDATE!! I was asked to contact Robins as you can see from my above original complaint! I've sent 2emails & NO ONE has contacted me to date!! So this must be a smoke & mirror corporation. They reach out on public reviews toseem they are a caring corporation but it's all fake!! Make no wonder most of their locations serve us expired goods. Profitsbefore customers!! Update #2!! Over 1 Month & this person has not responded back to me after they reached out asking me todirectly contact them. I still to date got no response after being asked to contact them. Lately their baked goods are old. Just bought 2 apple fritters that were hard and stale. Have had this experience a few times... with other baked goods. They are not reducing price or disposing older baked goods. Tired of paying full price for a non freshproduct. Staff are great and coffee is really good. Will go elsewhere for my baked goods and as a result my coffee as well. Still a great place for breakfast tho. Read more
Horrid experience. I enjoy the food at robins a bit, so does my family, of 7. I had a rather large order so I wanted to place it... at the window. An employee female, sea moss green hair greeted me with a lovely eye roll. When I got to 5 sandwiches, again, 7to feed, she says ?you?re already at five sandwiches? in the most rude tone ever.
