Pizza is never ready when we order ahead.

There?s a reason why it?s rated so poorly. I ordered two donairs, one small and one large. They were pretty much the exact same... size had barely any Donair sauce no tomatoes and maybe 2-3 pieces of onion. Not worth your time or money to buy from this place.Go somewhere else! Read more

Been here a couple times, the slices had obviously been sitting in the hot box for quite a while and are small compared to other... places. Second time I went for a bbq chicken calzone and the bread was super chewy and the sauce was too watery, wouldn't getanother one. Was very impressed with the quality. Since I've become a regular, I've gotten to know the owner and i found out that it's... actually a small family owned and run business, albeit a franchise. (This explains the terrific quality). The husband and wifeand both of their beautiful daughters all work in the shop. (Both are full time MUN students, but still find time to work in thekitchen). Hardest working family I've ever met, and the hard work explains why this location has the best pizza and service inthe entire city. I'll never go anywhere else for pizza. Read more

Been a disappointing location since it opened. poor topping layout and I've ordered the garlic crust numerous times to find it... wasnt on the pizza when we got it or there was so little i couldnt even taste it. the gluten free options are nice to advertisebut in practice they are very rarely available when we want to make an order and a number of times I've made an online order forpick up an hour or two before dinner only to have their staff call 10 minutes before pick up to tell us the don't have part ofour order. By then its too late and have to suffer with a very late meal or miss it all together. the orders should be checkedwhen they are placed and if you can't meet them the customer should be notified ASAP not an hour and a half later... Friendly service, Very Fresh. Ordered 5 party Pizzas and 2 garlic fingers and they weren't fazed at all. Manager Benn was... fantastic to deal with. Very Friendly. Overall great experience. 5/5 recommended. Read more

We love Greco pizza, but the paradise location has yet to make a satisfactory pizza. We?ve ordered 5/6 times thinking that each... bad pizza was an isolated incident. Overcooked, lacking enough ingredients, random ingredients sprinkled all over (an accident Iguess?). Quality doesn?t even compare to Torbay Road location, sadly. Read more
