Dairy Queen is a personal favorite of mine, I love their blizzards, and they're always generous with the toppings/filling. This... location in particular is a little busy sometimes, but they're quick, so you won't be waiting too long. I did have a littletrouble last time I dropped by, we ordered a misty float (slushie with ice cream), but they gave us -- and charged us -- for amisty freeze (just a slushie, no ice cream). Although it was dissapointing, it was still yummy, and it only ever happenedonce. Luckily, it's not often their ice cream machine is broken, and they have new flavors every now and again which are alwaysamazing. I've also had their chicken and fries, the chicken is absolutely amazing and the fries are good, but nothing crazy.They have a deal on sometimes that makes it more than worth your money. The staff is really sweet too, I know it's policy butthey flip your icecream upsidedown and most importantly are very polite. Read more
The drink trays are way to shallow and they felt the need to include some kind of extra plastic cup to sit the milk shakes in,... in the tray. My passenger side floor is now covered in chocolate milkshake due to a pothole right outside the heur parkinglot. Also got part of the order wrong and was a struggle to hear them properly at the drive through and the window. It will besome time before I try this location again. Read more
Never again. They forgot to give me my drink and my fries. Took them 17 mins to make a cheeseburger for the one person ahead of... me. I had to rush to get back to work before I was late, only to realize no french fries, no drink, no napkins. Just a singlecheeseburger and a melted sundae that costed $10. Read more
Absolutely rude staff on the drive thru. Went to order ice cream and the lady on the speaker was completely and utterly rude -... we could hardly hear her and she said "I can hardly hear you too, by", in a demeaning tone. Don't waste your time ordering fromthis DQ, drive down to topsail road. Your ice cream is melted by the time you get it from the paradise location because it takesso long to get through the drive thru. I cannot get over how rudely I was spoken to today. We drove off and did not purchasefrom here. I wouldn't come back to this place if they gave me free ice cream for a year. Read more
Food was very good but the service was slow (for a fast food restaurant). On the plus side though, there is ample parking and... handicap entrances. Spacious seating and the areas inside were exceptionally clean.???? Read more
DQ paradise was not dirty before but now it is filthy. I don?t believe staff can?t find time to clean the table, sweep the floor... or clean the washroom. Cleanliness should be the top priority when your serving food. Photos taken today May 29, 2022 at 4:03 pm Read more
So I'm going to assume that skip/D.D and drive through takes priority over counter sales? My wife and I were standing at the... counter (no one else there) while two cashiers were ringing in delivery orders. After about five minutes we finally got ourorder in, 15 minutes later, still just us there, we're still waiting on our order as cars keep being served at the drivethrough. I know you put staff where it's busy, but you shouldn't leave customers waiting extra long either. 3/5 polite butslow. Read more
Very quiet. The food was good and the guy that took my order was very polite and friendly.
