I placed a large order for 13 people for my place of work. Alexis was awesome!! Took the order ahead of time, had it ready all... bagged up and had a bag of condiments ready to go as well. Will definitely be back to this location as food and service wasfantastic. Read more

I stopped here to get a gift card for a family member, and thought I'd have lunch at the same time. Alexis, the manager, is a... definite asset to the store! She is very kind, courteous, helpful, etc,, I have stopped in here years ago and had a bunch ofissues. I'm glad it's under new management, and I will definitely be coming back! The usual morning and afternoon shift and this store in particular are absolutely flawless they are extremely nice to everyone... who walks in and actually take time making their sandwiches because they want them to look good. I go here every day and theynever disappoint and never failed to treat me like a real person. Best subway i know!!! Read more
Food is just okay, but that has nothing to do with this location and everything to do with Subway in general. I am always amused... when people eat here and then write a bad review about the taste or quality of their food. If they wanted a high qualitysandwich they wouldn't be eating at Subway at all. lol Employees were friendly, efficient, had all of their teeth, and couldput together a coherent sentence. Restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Certainly one of the nicer Subways I've beenin. I'm not much of a Subway fan or even a sandwich fan, but I will see this is probably one of the better Subways I've beento. Read more

The Subway in Shadow Lake Papillion must be struggling with quality workers. The past two times we have ordered online there... were problems with the orders. The first time, they hadn?t started the order at the pick up time. We walked in and there were noother customers and the employees were just standing there talking to each other. The second time, today, we ordered for onlinepick up and they were out of one of the sandwiches. You give your phone number when ordering online. They should?ve called us.Again, there were no other customers inside when we went to pick up. I guess the lesson to us is not to use the online serviceat this location. Read more
