Tonight we went through the drive for the second time in 3 days. Friday night I was shorted a sandwich and tonight I was given a... wrong sandwich and 2 of the tree orders of fries were nothing but broken little crumbs. Of course I didn't discover these issuesright away due to traveling. Usually this is the best location in the metro area. These last two visits were greatlydisappointing. Read more

Food was okay but the lady that was working the drive-thru was extremely rude when I asked for extra ranch and wanted to do a... split payment then oddly enough she then asked me if I wanted my debit card back l. So I called and expressed my experience tothe manager and she didn't seemed to concerned. Will not be back to this location Read more
This Runza obviously has their chocolate soft-serve machine set for a different mix than all of the rest, because it is THE BEST... CHOCOLATE SOFT-SERVE AROUND! Super chocolatey. Tastes like the chocolate malted ice cream cups you get at professional MLBbaseball parks. We've driven out of our way to get chocolate cones at this particular Runza for three years now! Don't anyonetell them that they have their machine mix set wrong - because it is fantastic! Read more
