The management and the waitresses were very accommodating with all of the things that were going on trying to make my friend's... birthday in California the best that it could be considering it maybe her last birthday with us. No staff , waited 30 minutes for the few tables that they were using. Had to ask for drink refills and bottomless fries. Got our... fries after we were done with our burgers. Have to love getting a small child's handful of sweet potato fries I pay an extra $1.49 for. C'mon... I don't think we are... ordering from here anymore. This is a great place to eat. Friendly staff, good food and great hours. When everyone else is rolling up at 9pm they're ... open late. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because of how cold it is in the restaurant. The food comes out hot andsteaming but the cold air blowing down from above makes everything cold before you're half way through the meal. I've gone atdifferent times and sat in different areas with the same results. But I can only eat so fast! Never had a bad meal and I'llkeep going back. Read more

Currently sitting at my table writing this review because I didn?t want to forget to write it because the staff at this location... should know how well they are doing. It was wonderful seeing a manager on the floor helping, he was great with his tabletouches. The waiting staff was lovely, our waitress asked if we needed anything and at first I said no but tried to flag herdown ( she didn?t hear me) but another waitress did and offered her help. Love that she didn?t have the ?not my customer not myproblem attitude?. Even the host was delightful, he gave us a giggle. Food was good, we received it within a reasonable time. Nice clean store. Alex was a great server. He was attentive but not annoying. The food was very good and served quickly... although I requested crispy bacon on my Smoke and Pepper burger and it wasn't crispy but Alex checked on us just after we gotour food and corrected it immediately.
