The last few years my family and I have been volunteering on Thanksgiving and then we come home and heat up an amazing precooked... Thanksgiving meal from Hy-Vee. We have done this for several years and they make it extremely easy! I wish I could remember hername, but there?s a lady with brown hair who is so helpful and kind. She made the entire pickup process a breeze! And thefood!?. The food is SO delicious!! Thank you Hy-Vee and please pass along my thanks to the woman to helps with the pickupprocess. Hardly know where to begin. Today?s Veterans Day breakfast was so appreciated by all Veterans and their spouses. Thank you so... much. This HyVee is by far the nicest anywhere!!! Management, cashiers, customer service, stockers ect. We have been shoppinghere since opening. And we have shopped others (out of necessity) and NONE can hold a candle to Papillion. Employees are helpfuland cheerful and always have what we need. This reflects well on Papillions HyVee. Read more
I love this store for many reasons. Every associate you walk past greets you and asks if you need help finding an item. Today... really impressed me though! I?m sure it?s something they do every year but it?s new to me. Hy-Vee put on a Trunk or Treat forcustomers to bring their families to. They went all out! Associates had cool costumes and each counter was a stop for Trick orTreaters. It felt very mom and pop shop to me today! Read more

It's good that this store is always well stocked, but the floor layout is definitely built for efficiency, not a novel shopping... experience, which is a bit disappointing since the prices are usually higher than other grocery stores in the area. Read more

This used to be a really good pharmacy, the last few months it has gone downhill. I get a prescription for my child every month... for the last 2 years. For some reason this pharmacy always tells me it takes days to make the prescription when I know for afact it takes 1 hour. This time I try to get the prescription and they say they are no longer able to compound my medicationbecause it would be illegal and they have to preorder it. So they preorder it just for them to tell me it'll cost $450. Butevery other Hyvee I?ve contacted can still compound this medication legally. It?s the exact same as the compound but myinsurance won?t cover the generic brand. My child needs this medication or my child ends up in the hospital. I?m completely donewith this pharmacy. The staff is not very helpful when I ask questions about this medication I?ve been getting for 2 YEARS andhad no complications with until recently. If i could give 0 stars I would. Read more
