Visited on Saturday around 4pm. Employee at the counter stated the dining room was closed so they can " catch up from the... previous crowd". There were 4 people in the dining room. In other words they were too lazy to clean! Kids running businesses..wont be back. Read more

Food was good, believe it or not it was one of the few places in Shadow lake that I was able to actually talk to a human being,... and order food! had went to Taco Bell for just a quick bite before a computer stop, and was presented with drive-thru option, orwhen I went in kiosk option, sorry Fuzzy does not do drive through or kiosk so I ended up at Freddy's. Hadn't been there in awhile burgers are a little thin, they are crispy I'm more of a rare meat person but they were still very good, and I'm glad theystill cater to customers not electronics. Absolutely blown away by this place! It was my first time here. I had the signature turtle sundae. It was so full of flavor.... The hot fudge, the caramel and the pecans topping it off, so delicious! I ordered a large because I was used to other places, Iwon't do that again. The large was enough for two! I will go again repeatedly for sure! Highly recommend for anyone. Came in tonight ordered several custards one of which was a mini concrete with Reeses Pieces extra Pieces ... got home realized... it was peanut butter cup not Pieces... drove back politely told the lady at the drive thru speaker what the issue was. Got tothe window they took the custard. Came back and said it was correct, I said no I bit into a chunk of chocolate the kid walkedaway and back and handed me what I presume is the same cup with Pieces on top with a huge attitude. I get back home and bitagain into chocolate. I have a picture of the at least 10 chunks of chocolate I spit out, attempting to eat what I ordered andpaid for. No apology, and 2 times failed to get it right. And super nasty attitude. Why would I drive back to get one itemremade out of my order if it wasn't right. First time at Freddy?s and holy cow it was good! This is what a burger should be! The sides were all amazing as well, and you... have to get a concrete to top it off. Try peanut butter and brownie, or cheesecake and cherry for something a tad lighter. Read more

I used to love this place but I don?t know what?s going on. Maybe laziness? Poor training? These two orders are the EXACT same... thing but look like they?re different sizes. One is almost full and the other is barely half way and barely has toppings. I lovetheir custard but it?s not worth the money (pretty pricey) if they?re going to give you the half size of an order. Good tasting burger. I'm not a fan of shoestring fries but they included a sauce that's great and there is Addition of a... seasoning that helps boost the flavor. It can be a bit awkward to eat since they smash the burger flat and it comes out of thesides pretty far. It's different than most other burger joints for that so that's cool. I included pictures of how they aredoing their social distancing. I would suggest checking your order. The food was all there but we didn't get any napkins whichmade it a bit difficult to eat while we were outside. We could have gone back in, but the line was too long. It could have beenfixed at the time if we had just checked before. They have a large parking lot that they share close to Hy-Vee so it's prettyeasy to park. Plenty of pokemon around the area as well.
