The first time I came I was BLOWN AWAY! I usually go to the tea spot down the street but I decided to give them a try, I... instantly came back the next day and tried more and then another few times. Today I came and was met (not by the owners)and Iordered my 2 usuals and this time when I took a sip I was not impressed! It was just milk! Okay that?s fine I?ll just take itback in?.when I walked inside I was met a glare, I said can I get this remade it?s just milk. She told me that it supposed to belike that (the tiger milk boba with alllll the fixings). I KNOW FOR A FACT IT?S NOT BECAUSE THE FIRST SIP I EVER TOOK OF ONE, ITHAD ME CALLING EVERYONE ABOUT IT! She refused to remake it so I had to buy another, this time I got my second favorite,and guesswhat? It wasn?t even mixed right! I bit down on hard pieces of rock sugar or something and THEY PUT TOO MUCH OF WHAT EVER GOESIN THE Hokkaido Tea BECAUSE IT WAS ALMOST DARKER THAN ME! (I?m AA) I will give them another chance but today had me verydispleased! And I still want my refund! Read more
Teas taste great. Boba has a great texture. They use filtered water. Unfortunately requests for \"less sugar\" are repeatedly... ignored with online orders. Will probably continue to go in person so I can remind staff to put less sugar but will stopordering delivery if they can\'t accurately read the order. But def recommend stopping in if you\'re close by. Read more

The experience was amazing!! I got the wintermelon boba with pearls,very good, my mom go the the pomegranate freeze, said it was... amazing. The wait was a little to long, but worth it. Would recommend!!!? Read more
Starting with the customer service not very good . Mention out of town eres what suggestion they would recommend none given. I... ended up ordering the Thai tea boba and passion strawberry tea. My Thai during tasted chalky , had better one, service shouldbe with a smile at the end . Never will come back . And I?ll be in town for the next : weeks on an assignments word of mouth ispowerful. I stop by and pick up several ice blend bobas from this shop several time a week, Caramel De Leche, Matcha green tea and coconut... are my must have, so many jelly flavors to pick from, great place and friendly staff. Read more
I got a Pina colada ice with lychee popping boba, it\'s good, not to sweet. The pumpkin streusel muffin is a bit dry but... otherwise very good. There\'s a great selection here too. Read more
Our drinks are always good at My Boba Shop. We like the Hokkaido Milk Tea and the Cappuccino Ice Blend.
