Stopped here on my way to Kaiser Panorama. Super Quick Drive Thru and the customer service was dope. What more can I ask for :)

Terrible service I have been discriminated against by several of their Spanish speaking employees the store manager is the worst... extremely poor customer service she called me a racist which I do not take lightly Marisa is the store manager whom clearlyshowed her employees to be like her as their leader to discriminate and hung up on their customers. Completely upsettingbehavior. The employees forced customers to approach me while in drive through to move my car they gave out free items to allthe cars in front of mine. I will be filing a police report. The manager and the employees showed such lack of professionalismand respect for their own polices and automatically created a environment only for Spanish customers I have videos to show whathappened. I refuse to be threatened harassed or miss treated by anyone. I have the freedom of speech and therefore I can use mywords as I see fit. I love all people no matter race gender or color this is extremely heartbreaking to me to be called a racistespecially since I have a bi racial child. The first thing Marisa said when she picked up the phone was that she was aware ofthe incident and will not speak to a racist very professional since you only heard one side of the story from employees of yoursame race! They always run out of certain food or drinks constantly. This has never changed, you would think they would increase the... quantity of items sold out but never do. Drive-thru takes long. Caution pre-ordering on the app, It will not notify you ifsomething is sold out, so you may be surprised when you arrive to pick up your order. Read more

I?ve been coming for a solid 6 months here with my gf weekly because I visit her during her hour lunch break.she works right... next door at the dental office so that?s why we come here and it?s always been a great experience, service is great and theyalways go above and beyond on special requests, love the baristas. 3 months ago I acquired an electric bike for a more greenerand cost efficient way of transportion, and it?s been great I?ve been coming here inside the store ordering and studying as I ama full time student as well. 2 months coming here parking my electric bike inside in a corner with I right beside it , where itis always empty and nobody ever walks by and not blocking anyones path or exits. And not outside baking because well heat andbatteries definitely don?t go well( we?ve all seen the exploding electric scooter, bikes, hover boards, phones, anything withbatteries exc) and up until oct 7th, this new manger comes up to me and informs me they can?t have bikes inside, and I explainedwell I?ve been coming in here for 2 months with my Bike and never been a problem, she apologized that no one has said anythingbut she does have to ask me to move it outside, there are bike racks on the other side of the drive thru, I said to be fair itis a bad area plus it Is hot outside I can?t just leave my bike outside to bake I study for 3 hours. She said I can sit outsideif I like so I did because she had ruined my educational flow I had going that we all know can be very difficult to achieve so Ithought whatever. I came here today the first time (and the last time that's for sure!). The baristas were ok but didn't know theirs own policies.... However the manager was rude and didn't care about Starbucks policies and rules. She stepped in out of the blue taking over mydrive-thru order. She took it and as I pulled to the window she started talking to me with attitude and telling me that she willonly do exception this time and they're not even supposed to do that! Mind you, this is your company's policy that you shouldknow better than me, your loyal customer! That being said, I'll never stop by this location again! I don't know how she gotpromoted to be a manager, but whoever promoted her, that was their worst decision ever made! Starbucks is known for it'soutstanding customer service and today I didn't see even a hint of such a service! Read more

I would drive thru this Starbucks location often when I was a student at St. Jude nursing school in late April through May of... this year (2022). The incredibly friendly, kind, professional and efficient employees here made my day every time. Theirexcellence really made an impression on me. Even if the line for the drive thru was long (popular location), it moved morequickly than any drive thru line I've ever been in. Like magic! They make the drinks and food SO quickly and were always soaccommodating and polite. Their kindness truly made my day. Best customer service I've ever experienced, hands down. !CAUTION! While driving in and out of the parking lot. The plans were not well thought out. Amazing they would build a drive... through that is on an extremely busy Roscoe Blvd. Being that the drive through exits to the crosswalk of Aldi, it is dangerous. Please be aware of the shoppers. Read more
