I literally ordered 30 dollars worth of food and was reassured I had the right order even thought it was because the bad was... big. Only reason why it was big was because there was another big bag with sauces in it! I feel like some employee aye my foodor something. Usually a good experience here. The food is good and decent prices. I ordered for delivery this time through the del taco app.... It was a bit slow but better than having to go myself. My nachos were a tiny bit soggy just a couple chips most were stillcrunchy. My crunchtada was also crunchy but almost soggy a few more minutes and it would've been soggy. Will return for a quickcheap eat! Read more

The customer service is maybe 5 or 10 when they're working drive-thru they seem to ignore the people that walk in the side it... took them at least 4 minutes to even acknowledge I was there but the food was delicious and once I had their attentioneverything was smooth it was just an initial interaction that I was not pleased with. Employee named Herlinda was very rude, no customer service personality, fries were bagged in the bottom of the bag and were raw.... One napkin was so greasy, one napkin given. Employee Herlinda was the rudest employee , when we got to the front counter, noneof them even acknowledge us, they were just ignoring us, they were wearing their masks on their chins while preparing theorders. Mind you, last visit we had there, they didn?t have napkins so they had a brown roll of paper towels, so today they hadit again on the counter and I figured they?re out of napkins again so I started tearing since we had one greasy napkin in thebottom of the bag where the raw fries were, and rude Herlinda snatched off the roll of paper towels rudely from my hand, I said?excuse me? and she just walked away, I thanked her sarcastically and I told her thank you for you being friendly. It was bad.The other 2 customers waiting were shaking their heads the way Herlinda acted so rudely. You can tell she hates her job with herfacial expression and the way she treated customers. I think their customer service at this location has the worst customer service I've ever seen. Their employees come off as... extremely unfriendly and uninviting. In my experience, the employees are negative and very unhappy. I think the training fortheir employees is poor. And their general knowledge for handling common tasks is incredibly poor. I can not vision complexproblems being solved at this location. Regardless of the terrible conditions of this store, the food is surprisingly good. Andmy orders are so far, correct. Do not think you will not have a negative experience. If you pick up, it will be rough. If youare a driver, it will be rough. If you do a walk in, it will be in an environment in which the employees will have terriblecustomer service. I was met with a man at night who seen me at the drive thru. He looked at me like 'oh God'. 'A customer'.'God what does he want'. And I felt very unwelcomed. I tried peacefully to smile. He turned his head and ignored me for 10minutes, working on something in front of me. I was so confused. I thought the store was closed or something because of covid. Ibegan to show my app through the window. The employee pretended he could not see me. 15 minutes later, a women gives him thefood and he opened the window slightly, looking unhappy and quickly gave me the bag of food. I was tried to clarify if I had thecorrect order. But they just said, yes, yes. I think their communication was poor. I grabbed the food and looked inside the bagsto double check. I don't know what is the problem with the employees here but they close early and refuse to take orders during their posted open... hours of operation. Christian and Erica refused at least three cars, and stoped service at 12:28am on Friday 12/31. Thursdayhours say closed at 1am, Friday 24 hrs. I feel this is unacceptable. I pulled out the full Karen asking for the manager on dutyand "Erica" wouldn't even come over from behind the kitchen to tell me herself why they are refusing service. She left Christianto do her dirty work, poor kid. When confronted with the posted store and online hours, I was told they changed the hours.
