I came this morning for breakfast and ordered 2 items. The food here is overpriced and the quality is garbage. I spent more than... $20 on 2 pieces of Chicharon bulaklak( which tasted older than the cashier) and a bowl of Karekare (with only one meat) andtasted weird with 2 cups of rice. Anyone who regularly eats out knows this is a ripoff! It's better to go to Bamboo bistronearby and eat all you can for the same price. Read more

I ordered one plate with pancits noodles, lechón and 3 pieces of sausage. This was $16.00 but the worse part was the noodles... where bad/spoiled, the lechón was cold and dry, the only thing that was ok was the sausage/chorizo, but I only got 3 smallpieces. 1st and last time I?ll be going there. I was so disappointed. Read more

Happy to know that this Filipino food restaurant is back in business as usual after the pandemic. Over the phone we were told to... show proof of vaccination per LA county mandate requirements. But nobody actually cared to check. Dine in seating arrangement isa good distance apart from one another. Food quality and selections are about the same as before. Prices are notably moreexpensive. Lunch tastes like food from the day before. Worst time to go is towards the end of the day because food sits on the serving line... all day. Also quite greasy. Look for better alternative Read more

I carried out 2 dishes from this location. Upon reaching home, I opened one and it stank. Had my sister check the food and she... confirmed it is spoiled. Please, DJ, throw away food that is nearing spoilage or spoiled! No wonder my stomach felt funny. Weare not going back here! Read more

Important to realize: this is a cafeteria, not a proper restaurant. Service not so good, staff not friendly, however I love... some dishes here. The ones that come to mind are fried milkfish filet, taro leaves, lentils with a bit of shrimp, squash, several different stews, pork barbecue sausage, adobo (either pork or chicken), and my personal favorite, dinuguan. Quite a fewAmericans would be squeamish to try it if they knew the ingredients, but it's a superb comfort food when mixed with rice. Thechef prepares it very well. I would patronize this place more often if they were to offer the brown rice substitute like somany contemporary eateries do, but perhaps they would rather kill or disable me by complications from diabetes. If getting thecombo, ask for soup. Read more
