Usually really fresh, and quick LA friendly service. They do need to work a bit on the freshness of some of the meats there. The... chicken is usually really grisselly, and full of mushy fat and sometimes under cooked. And the fact that they have you waitsometimes 15 + minutes to start ordering and make online orders right in front of you over and over again. And basically makeyou late to where you are going. Also be warry of the guacamole serving size, they will really skimp on it if you don't saysomething about it. Like I said in the beginning "LA Friendly service"=semi A-hole attitudes and okay food overall. Everytime Ieat there can't stop thinking about the salmonella outbreak a few years back at a whole bunch of Chipotle's. This location always seems to be out of something after seven (fajita veggies, specialty proteins, etc...). Come early. Standard... Chipotle fair outside of that. Edit: Went back to this location and it's more of the same. 8:30 pm arrival. They were out ofboth kinds of steak, fajita veggies, ice (ICE!). They started closing the place around us at 9:10 (50 minutes before close).Wouldn't let my friend use the bathroom. Seriously, if you want Chipotle don't come to this location after 8. Food was great. Tables are dirty and nasty. I asked them to help me clean it. The cashier Fernanda doesnt know much about... cashiering. We ask if she can split payments. She said she cant. She has to charge 2 separate orders. I said ok. But my dad paid$21 and i paid more than $50. I dont think that's split. Or she just not good in math. They gave me 1 lil scoop of chicken & everything else. The lady in front of me was getting a scoop & a half of everything. We... basically paid the same & her like $2 bucks more plus she added more stuff than me. Her bowl couldn't close while mine did soeasily. Walked in to find this place an absolute mess, ordered 3 items and found out they were out of 2 toppings I usually order. Didn?t... make it a big deal until I noticed the orders were being severely under portioned. Also the employees need to be retrainedbecause the burritos were wrapped like a ball. Read more

Honestly not too sure what happened at this location, used to be one of my favorites. Unfortunately I went in today and the... whole line looked a mess. Employees looked miserable, corn salsa was out, mild salsa was out, cheese was about to be out. Iasked the shift lead (red hair girl) if they had any more and said they would be out for the day. It was only 6pm? I ordered akids quesadilla tray, they asked me if I wanted the chips or fruit I asked for fruit and to my surprise they were out of thefruit too. Purchased 2 vegan burritos and they truly lacked flavor but they charged extra for the guacamole like almost $3... Wrapped up... like a ball and not Luke a burrito!! I'll only go to these lengths of posting a bad review when and if they are warranted. The store was clean, staff was friendly,... vibe was excellent, but my order was completely wrong. I placed an online pickup order through the Chipotle app for 11:15AM.They met the time so that wasn't an issue. The main concerns were how I ordered Carnitas but got Chicken, ordered pinto beansbut got black beans, and the tray was torn and leaked all over my car seat. I wish the bag leaked before I got to the car so Icould have prevented the mess and stain. Worst experience I've had at a Chipotle... and I go at least once a month.
