I love Wendy's. Like all fast food it's hit or miss and the were missing that night. I ordered 2 burgers but only got one and it... was one of the worst I've had from Wendy's. Didn't have any lettuce or tomato only too much condiments and a little onion. Usthe burger was thicker than usual but not seasoned well. I cashier was a little rude also because my wife had to correct her toadd the second burger I payed for that didn't come. The chili and baked potato and everything else were great. Win some losssome. Drive thru takes 20-45 minutes. Food is cold. Never looks like a lot of people working in there. Business really has gone... downhill which is unfortunate. Sweet people who work there. Read more
This place is a complete joke. Very rude service and no time management skills. Sitting in a drive-through for 30 minutes is... unnecessary also while getting the wrong food and it being cold. Please don?t waste your time or money on this place Read more
This place is an absolute joke. They are rude, short and abrasive, and absolutely disgusting with no food safety. The manager is... an absolute joke as well. He runs the inside counter while one employee cooks and the other runs the drive through. It took morethan 45 minutes for me to return a order that was given to me wrong through the drive through. I had to fight tooth and nailwith the manager just to get it fixed in the first place. The manager is also incredibly gross, with no gloves or hair net andis covered in hair. There was at most 5 people in the lobby when I went here for the second issue. This has happened threetimes. Wendy's needs to conduct an investigation or fire this manager and this staff. They should be absolutely ashamed. There'sdirty shoe prints all of the walls and food and trash all over the floor. The food I've received has also been extremelyundercooked. Read more
Why??? Why is this fast food still have a closed dining area a years after the pandemic? Every other fast food is fully... opened. No place to eat other than your vehicle; no drink refills without getting back into line and dealing with the poorcustomer service. Why not just skip Wendy?s and go to BurgerKing or McD?s!! Read more
It's dirty and there is always a very very long wait. The people are usually pretty nice. But seems like they are always very... short staffed and some of their employees are really stressed out. Get these people some help corporate. Your throwing them tothe wolves and they are just trying to work man. And clean you by plexi screens and fix the door. Maybe clean the parking lot.The food was good tho! Read more
Something needs to give. They have two working drive thru and one in lobby. And manager acting a fool playing around. It took me... 32 minutes inside the lobby to order my food and the place was empty. I had one person in front of me who waited just as long.The lobby cashier just stood and stared at the guy making the burgers waiting while the line wrapped out the door. This place isab absolute joke and the General Manager should be ashamed his or her store is being ran like a joke. Read more
