Ordered a smoothie on the app and went in to pick it up. The young lady was helping some customers at the register, and a young... man with his son came in for a smoothie as well. The lady was rude to me when she finally asked me if I needed anything and whenI mentioned that I was there to pick up my smoothie, she had an attitude about how I should have mentioned something. I'm sorry,but I'm not going to interrupt when you are helping someone, but don't be rude when you finally see that the order on a blendercontainer.... another employee was working on a hydraulic hinge for door, and a third was sitting behind the counter presumablyon her break. Came in and wanted to order. Two young ladies were working on someone's order and asked what we would like. We went where it... said under the ORDER sign and told her what we would like and she said in a rude manner that we needed to go to the other end.Mind you the other end said PICK UP. We were confused since we were in the order line. She started to mumble under her breath toher coworker. Completely disrespectful and rude. We ended up walking out not even ordering. I work in costumer service for yearsand never would act so disrespectful to my clients. You are in a tourist destination. Hopefully someone does something aboutthis. Read more
We ordered almost $40 worth of smoothies. My three year old son dropped his smoothie right at the door. We asked if she would be... so kind to top it off, since half of the smoothie had spilled all over the ground right at their entrance. Employee said shewould need me to pay for a whole new medium smoothie. He's three years old, upset & hadn't even took one sip off of it yet.Disappointed in the lack of empathy...not spending my money at this location in the future. Read more
