I tipped so I wouldn't have to get out of my car. I ordered contactless carside so I wouldn't have to get out of my car. I... called so I wouldn't have to get out of my car (nobody answered for the 10 minutes I was on hold). STILL HAD TO GET OUT OF MYCAR AND GO IN THE STORE. The only two reserved spaces in front of the store were occupied by two vehicles that weren'tcustomers. Not Pizza Hut's fault, but it also doesn't seem like they care to enforce the signs. We ordered 2 pizzas for pickup and we used a 10$ off coupon. Total was 27$ and change after tax. Definitely a little high after... using a coupon for 10$ off, but no big deal. Pizza was lukewarm but no big deal. Paid with a debit card, got the receipt. Whenmy wife got home and she saw the transaction history on her phone it showed that transaction plus a second transaction for3.10$ that she didn't authorize. So somehow we went from 26$ before tax to 31.40$ after. Don't care about the 3$ but we orderfrom a variety of local restaurants so this really stands out as it has never happened anywhere else. Had an issue with my delivered order, filled out an online survey describing my issue. The manager of the local Pizza Hut... emailed me with an apology and a credit for a future order. I'm grateful this restaurant cares enough about their customers toacknowledge and fix their problems. Read more

So now Pizza Hut doesn't take honor point perks. Being I have to order over the phone because the app's not working properly all... the time now that the store has changed from Thomas Drive. Then the people inside get all snippy at me when I say what about mypoints. So I found another pizza shop after years of Pizza Hut but really guys you can do a lot better than that.... at theprice of your pizzas much less delivery now I expect my points and free pizza now and then bye-bye... Pizza was great, one pizza was missing toppings - I guess 1 out of 3 is considered acceptable. Slow service, tough location to... get out of - trying to turn left back onto the street is difficult since they are so close to the light. Read more
