I purchased a large mushroom pizza and it was perfect! The crust was not burnt, had just the right amount of sauce, cheese, and... I love the garlic butter they give you with it. The girl that waited on me had such a nice personality and so friendly to me. Iwished I would have got her name because she deserves a high five. I surely will go back to that particular store. I read reviews of this papa john's location and they were all bad but I'm staying just down the street and decided to give them... a try anyway. Maybe they've changed employees or management but either way...my order was ready within 15 minutes, everything Iordered was right, and it was cooked as perfect as any other papa john's I've been to. The store was busy, also. The manager wasrunning the register and she was very professional and friendly. I would definitely order here again when in the area. Read more

I love papa johns, but this location is absolutely horrible and irresponsible. Me and 6 other people were waiting for pizzas for... over 2 hours and the app said the pizzas were DELIVERED. There were no pizzas here. Eventually we called and they told us ourorder had been voided immediately. They couldn?t have even called us and told us, meanwhile their app was continuously tellingus our pizzas were on the way and eventually delivered. Do not go to this place. Read more

We are from the NY Metro area, so when we travel and can't get "real" pizza we have always liked Papa John's pizza and cheesy... bread, however the local PCB store seems to suffer from logistical issues. It has been a few years since our last disappointingexperience with this Papa John store. That time it took our pizza 3 hours to be delivered. This time we opted to pick it up andwere told it would be an hour and a half as our preparation estimate. Take your business elsewhere. We love Papa John's pizza but this location is poorly run, unreliable, and an utterly disgraceful... franchise. We ordered a pizza online from this location on a Monday evening for delivery. The wait time (confirmed both onlineand via email) was 75 minutes. We waited 75 minutes. Then 90 minutes Then 120 minutes. Finally, two hours and 13 minutes afterI had placed the order (and 90 minutes after the tracking app said our pizza had been baked and was being "prepared" fordelivery), I called the store. The "check status of delivery" flipped me to an unhelpful and uninformative voicemail that saidthey were busy. I called back and tried the "place order" option. They hung up on me when I asked about the status of my order.I called again and tried the "all other matters" option. I got the manager, who claimed that it would be at least another 45minutes (three hours after I placed my order) before it would arrive. The manager lied by saying our pizza had not even goneinto the oven yet. When I confronted him with the fact that the tracking app clearly stated otherwise, he said "Well, we'rekeeping it under a heat lamp." I told him that the pizza under these circumstances ought to at least be free, and that I wasn'tanxious to eat a dried out pizza at room temperature, he canceled my order and "banned" me from ordering from my phone number inthe future. SHORT ANSWER: Papa John's ought to jerk these clowns' franchise. Under no circumstances should you ever considerordering from this location. Read the other reviews that have universally had the same unsatisfactory experience. Save yourselfthe time and aggravation. Ordered the buffalo chicken pizza. Worst pizza I ever had in my life. Overpriced garbage. Tastes and looks like they poured hot... sauce on burnt crust. Almost no cheese and sauce on half of slices. Never again. See pic. Read more
