Eggs have been real flat and overcooked for at least 6 months now. We get breakfast twice a week and I'm not sure why but eggs... are horrible and everything else is great. Placed a DoorDash order and when it was delivered I was missing my grandson?s 10 piece chicken nugget. so I called the store and... the lady told me that she was going to check into it. And try to get the driver to deliver it. when I called back to check thestatus they wouldn?t answer the phone so I let it ring and ring and ring. Guy answered the phone they knew who it was becausethe girl had already said my number before I had even given it to her when I had just spoke to her. he would not replace myorder he said that it would have to go through DoorDash it was their negligence that it was not put in the bag and then had theaudacity to tell me I could re-order. Why would I wanna pay for something I already paid for. poor service will not go back.Management awful is all I can say. Read more
Very very dissatisfied. The staff was very rude to a homeless man, that literally was just looking to do work for a burger. Took... over 25mins to get a remake burger. They act as if they do not know what they are doing. Have never been to a McDonald's where Ifelt like I could run the store better than they can. And to be honest I have no clue how to do their job. I still believe Icould do it better than they do. Will not be returning to this McDonald's on my future visits to Panama. Read more
Not a fan of McDonald's, especially the American Mac. No good veggie options. The fish filet is just a sad crumpled bun with... half a slice of cheese and a spec of sauce. Nope not a fan. I prefer BK where they know how to make a burger. Read more
Absolutely disgusting! Very little seating and the tables, floors, and facilities have not seen the likes of a rag in a while!
Usually the one on front beach is good but had a mobile order and sat down waiting and took 20 mins before I went up and got my... drinks and they hadn't even started it, wasn't a big order. Started reading and lost track of time, after realizing it had beenan hour since the order was placed I went back up and it wasn't even on the screen. The lady had it made quick. Several stayjust lounging in the lobby all day and will take your spot even if you have stuff sitting there so definitely don't leaveanything on any tables. Read more
I ordered a cheeseburger and also a 10 piece chicken nugget meal... Pulled off and once I reached my destination there was a Big... Mac instead of nuggets... Bit into my cheeseburger only to find out that there was no meat in my cheeseburger ????. Quitedisappointed in this visit. And they weren't even busy. Got to do much better! Read more
This McDonalds is always friendly & the food is hot. I, unfortunately, tend to come through late after getting off work which is... across the road from this location & they are always nice. They greet me, ask how I'm doing, and wish me a goodnight. I tendhave a special order and it is always made correctly. Thank McDonalds Night crew for always taking care of me & making me feelwelcomed. Read more
