I am fairly certain we were bothering them by entering the Pier Park store. Did the buy 5 and get 1 free deal along with a... specialty cookie. We were rudly told the specialty cookie didn't count as one of the 5. Okay. No problem. Until I got home andshared the cookies with my family after dinner. The chocolate fudge cookie had nuts in it. Yea, not good for me. The actualchocolate tasted like it was cheap chocolate from a dollar store. Think Palmers only worse. They have confused a soft cookie fora way underbaked cookie. The regular chocolate chip was still Crunchy inside from uncooked sugar. At $14+ for 7 cookies? Lessonlearned. VILE NEVER AGAIN. Oh and kneading dough with no gloves or hair net. SICK! Read more
Ordered a cookie cake for my father?s 70th birthday and the website took the order for a time before it was open. The delivery... service cancelled the order and I was in the hospital with my mom and couldn?t pick up. The associate was no help, but gotmanager on call and he delivered the cake, personally. What would?ve kept me from ever using this company again, turned into asatisfied customer who will use them again thanks to the manager alone. Customer service is king. Read more

My mom and her husband went into the store in Pier Park to order my daughters cookie cake for her birthday. They have no order... and tell us that we must have CALLED the wrong store. After explaining MULTUPLE times that we WALKED in not called she just keptsaying we called the wrong store. Super bad attitude and no offer to fix their mistakes. We go here A LOT, while shopping to getsnacks and what not but that is just terrible! Don't depend on them for a cake. Read more

Love that the same owner from the mall is holding down this location! They are awesome, I placed an order online and received a... phone call to make sure my order is what I wanted. I loath going to pier park honestly but made the trip just for the cookiesand will make the trip again! Double doozies, cookie cakes, icee drinks, pretzel bites! Read more

I ordered 3 different kinds of cookies. My Husband's favorite, my son's favorite, and mine. I drove all the way home and... realized she did not give me my favorite. The rest of my order was correct but I am so disappointed as I don't like any of thecookies I was given. Atleast my son and Husband are happy but grrrrrrr ! Read more
