Absolutely magnificent. We went early to get seated. We sat at the bar and David was the smiling and kind person to help us. He... joyfully talked to us as he handled the bar, and let my wife sample various beers to see what she would like. He kept promisingthat the food was amazing, and he was right. He told us that "anything elk" was a great choice, as well as the Loaded DuckConfit Fries, among others. We took the advice to heart, getting the fries, Brown Butter Seared Scallops, Filet Mignon, and theRack of Elk, and finally the Biscoff mousse. The prices are expensive, but the food more than matched the price in flavor, cook,and experience. My wife likes her filet bloody rare, and they served it perfectly cooked and seared. My elk was also exactly theright temp, and was buttery smooth and fantastic. And the portions were large, we definitely left full but not stuffed. Do notmiss the scallops! Read more

Great hidden gem in Panama City beach. It was a wide variety of wild game food from bone marrow appetizer to duck tacos and a... rack of elk. we loved are first time here. A small modern hunter vibe. Nice atmosphere and great service as well as terrific food. It's a higher priced place due to the high quality of their dishes... and the types of meats they offer, but it's a great treat. It's a little small, so you may have to eat at a very long bar orwait on a table. No one was waiting while we were there, but it was definitely full. They have a good beer and wine selection,and the menu may change a little from day to day as some of their options could be difficult to keep in stock, and it's allfresh. Read more
