The worst place to eat I ordered boneless chicken wings they gave us chicken slices not wings and the fries were very bad my... kids didn?t eat them I also had a fish toco it was good but they charged me more the menu price was $10.99 she charged me $16.99when I asked them the manager said that is the Hooter price we can?t control the website we have our own prices. The servers were extremely friendly. There was a 15 minute wait but no biggie. Our table was very well cared for with so many... special requests. I had there chicken salad and I promise it was the freshest salad I ever ate! Lettuce was nicely chilled andcrisp. Croutons were crunchy and not stale. Wings great. Beer room temperature. Slow Service-Waited 30 minutes for wings & fries. Unfair treatment-Asked to sit outside, we... were told they were short staffed and they were not allowing it. However, they let two families eat outside after we arrived.We left after one pitcher of beer, when we planned for at least three more. Read more
My first time at a Hooters and and they only have half of the menu available today. There are a few pros, Clean restaurant, nice... view of the ocean with also patio ocean views dining. Some servers are nice. The cons are our server I won't name her bc she isnew there (i was told) but She forgot our appetizer and possibly our food because we had already waited 45 minutes for our apporder of fried pickles as well as dinner of chicken and fries; Which we never got any food in the end. My husband said he wantedto speak to a manager and was upset and was voicing it to us, his family at the table, next thing you know the manager istelling my husband to leave for cussing and when my husband refused he threatened to call the cops. In the end cops came and weleft and went to the high end buffet across the street. I wish this was a better experience because I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHERHOOTERS AGAIN. RUINED IT ALL FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. Definitely discrimination. Read more
Staff was awesome, beer was cold, and it's the normal atmosphere we come to love from Hooters. Only thing we had an issue with... was our wings were burnt. They only had 1 cook, and the smoker alarm would go off continuously as he tried to keep up. I don'tnormally complain about food but $150 tab for burnt food kinda sucks. Read more
2 Sep 22: Today was not a great day at Hooters. I ordered my usual 10 original wings (all flats), fries with cheese and a tall... Bud Light. The waitresses name was Casey and she was friendly and attentive. She took the drink order within 2 minutes of mebeing seated and bright it quickly. I placed my order and that's when time seemed to stop. It took almost an hour to get thefood and it was not very busy inside the restaurant. Casey came over several times to see if i needed anything and to let meknow the food was being worked. Thankfully i wasn't in a rush during this visit so i let it play out. I feel bad for the serversin these situations because they are the ones that have to face hungry customers and apologize for the long wait. Casey broughtthe food and it was okay. The fries were good and the cheese wasn't watery like it sometimes is here. The wings looked unusuallydark for some reason. I was skeptical and somewhat scared of the wings but at this point i was starving and decided to take mychances. They weren't bad tasting and I did eat them all. Overall I'd have to give this visit 2.5 stars because of theextraordinarily long wait and strange looking wings. Casey really saved it for the restaurant this time with her good service.I'm hopefully that the next visit will be better than today. 20 Jun 22: I ordered 10 original breaded Wings all Flats medium,10 medium boneless wings and a side of fries with cheese sauce. The bone-in chicken wings seemed very overcooked as did theBoneless slightly. The french fries were not the typical curly fry type but just regular straight fries. The cheese sauce wasactually pretty good and not watery. This location is touch-and-go when it comes to food quality. Sometimes the food is onpoint other times it is pretty terrible. My most recent visit was pretty good. The wings were fresh and tasted good. I orderedfries with cheese in the last couple times I have gone to this location the cheese is watery for some reason.
