Diego?s was close to our hotel, and they have burritos and margaritas; but wait, there?s more? I was expecting good, but this... food is fast and extremely delicious. The people who work here were all smiling and having fun while working, and the servicewas amazing! The speed of the food was incredible as well as the flavor and portion. I did also make my way to a margarita. Pickone, or ask for a recommendation; I have yet to have one I don?t love! Make this stop one on your list! Recommendation: GETSOME! Read more

This place was so damn good we went there twice during our week stay in PCB. The food was phenomenal. I ordered the Baja tacos.... The shrimp had delicious seasoning and it paired well with the mango salsa they add. The wife had a chicken and steak burritothat she loved. Even the kids loved it. Great food and fast service. Restaurant was full but it didn't take long for our turn to order. You can sit down as soon as you... get your self-service drinks because they give you an order number. They bring the food out to you once its done, which didn'ttake long either. This place is similar to a Chipotle, as far as ingredients. But the food is way better. One thing I did notlike was how you are supposed to know what toppings you want before you see them. In other words, it's not an assembly line,like Chipotle or Subway where you choose your toppings as you move along. The cashier had us tell her all the toppings we wantedfrom the get-go. Because of this, i forgot to add cheese and guac to my bowl. The menu also has jalapenos on the list oftoppings but it doesnt say if they are fresh or pickled. I asked the cashier if they had fresh jalapenos and she said they didso i ordered them for my bowl. I guess my husband assumed they were all fresh so he ordered jalapenos as well. He got pickledones. They also have pepsi products. Im not a fan of pepsi, especially not with tex-mex food so i just ordered a water. Thedesserts were a bit on the sweet side. My husband likes flan but he preferred their tres leches over their flan. They do have afull-size bar for those wanting alcoholic beverages and TV's showing different stations for the sports fanatic. There is aroll-up door (similar to a garage door) that seperates the outdoor seating with the indoor seating. It was completely open. The very best in town! So glad we stopped in early in the week because we made it back again! So authentic, fresh and flavorful.

Had a family dinner here and very much enjoyed our visit! The portions were large, the chips and queso very good, and everyone... seemed to enjoy their burrito and tacos. The chicken street tacos I had were good but maybe a little drier than I had expected.I think adding a little salsa or queso to them next time would solve that, and it was certainly delicious. The margarita barhad a ton of choices and we tried the pineapple marg and coronarita and both were tasty. We enjoyed our visit and wouldcertainly recommend to others and we would come back again! Diego?s was way better than I expected. At first glance (and from the billboards), I thought it was going to be the same quality... as a regional/national chain. But, Diego?s had it all ? excellent food, delicious drinks, and all wrapped in a clean, efficient,and spacious restaurant space. The margaritas (including the 1 gallon to-go jug) were freshly prepared. The fish tacos werefresh and a tasty and the steak in the burritos was flavorful and super tender. Also, the cost was very reasonable consideringthe quality of the food we enjoyed. Shout out to the bartender, Lauren. She was friendly, efficient, and attentive. Read more
