Usually I love CiCi's, but The service was horrendous! We went on August 1st for my birthday and The workers treated all the... customers like we were criminals. They were straight up rude and dismissive. There was probably about 50 people inside eatingand they only had 2 pizzas on the counter. They also were preparing all the food with their bare hands. Ate here after going to Wonder Works ???? and it was packed like waiting outside the door. Didn't take long to get in and... everybody was so friendly. The manager was slammed but more than willing to help with the fact that the game room was takingmoney. Lol Food was great and they kept the bar full of fresh ???? pizzas. Read more

Great place for a family day! Salad bar and several varieties of pizza! I enjoyed the Barbecue Pizza and Pasta. Though ordered... nearly $8 worth for 5 parmesan-garlic wings. These wings took longer than the time we got pizza, nearly 40 minutes. When wereceived it, the wings were small in size, nearly enough for a child to eat. Not worth the $8... I enjoyed my visit here, butdid not enjoy the wings nor did I see a cheerful great from the staff. Read more

This is the first Cicis I've been to. Honestly, I had always heard not so great things about the chain. However, I must admit,... that at least this Cicis is actually pretty good. Good selection of pies, mostly regular crust but deep dish as well. Theingredients tasted fresh, lots of cheese & for sitting under the heat lamp, it still tasted fresh.
