I frequent this Chili's and usually enjoy my meal however, today was different. The bartender that was providing service was... horrible. Some of the worst customer service I've had to experience here. I will be back but I will NOT allow her to wait onme. Please do better Chili's. Read more

The restaurant appeared clean and well maintained. Out of the 6 in our party, 4 had issues with their food. Three of us had the... loaded mashed potatoes, which didn't taste good at all...they tasted "stale or old". I'm not going to bash them for one dishbeing bad, but hopefully they can fix this and keep it from happening again. Read more

Got refused service because we had 7 people at 3pm.... Rather than just saying it would be an hour wait. The hostess was rude... and just shaking her head saying no as we said there was 7 of us. We also have 4 hours to kill and we're fine waiting soessentially this non professional just didn't want to work... Read more

Service was great! Visited mid-day. Had the meal for two for $25 (choices for appetizer, two entrees with fries, and dessert).... Portion sizes were generous. Food was delicious. The guacamole served with chips was very pleasing. I wanted to lick the bowl.The hot chocolate chip cookie with ice cream was served hot. The cookie just melted perfectly with the vanilla ice cream. I haveeaten at Chili's infrequently in the past, but this meal deal was abundant food, great tasting, and an excellent value. I planon returning soon. Read more

I normally do not go to Chili's but the kids wanted to go. So we opted for the chili's near the beach since we imagined it to... be "nicer" if you will. We go there and we're told it would be a 20 minute wait. Okay no big deal. 30 minutes later Iinquired when we would be seated and I could see booths available. While we were waiting we could see how dirty and unkempt therestaurant was. When we were finally seated the booths seat was completely torn the entire length of the seat. After that wejust walked out and went to Texas Roadhouse next door, which turned out to be excellent. There was no wait and the restaurantwas well maintained. Whoever is the GM is for this Chili's restaurant needs to focus some attention on their establishment. Asa local, I do not recommend to anyone. Read more

We've been to many different Chili's locations around the country so it's familiar and we knew what we wanted immediately. Food... was generally as expected, but very slow. The staff at the whole place seemed stressed, unhappy and generally unfriendly. I livein the area and totally understand the exhaustion that comes when everything is over run with a huge influx of tourists. It wasjust very obvious at this location that they were under staffed and we felt like a nuisance. The bathroom was also filthy andsmelly. Read more
