Ice cream is great just poor customer service. Online says they close at 11 but they close at 10. We are from Texas and... definitely wouldn?t know that close early. Cashier has bad attitude and no patience. She?s vaping inside and slammed the slidingglass as we left. Read more

Visited location last night. 7.25.22. Didn't get past my order as the "guy" - individual working at the walk up window was rude... and sarcastic. I just wanted to add the time and date of when the events happened was at 5:30 pm on June 19th 2022. The ice cream was... delicious, but the guy at window was rude and had a attitude. When we payed for the ice cream we did not leave a tip (due to hisattitude towards us) and he made a sarcastic comment "oh thanks for that" and we also heard him talk to another employee withanother remark "they ordered $50 worth of ice cream and didnt tip" Question for the owners though, are the tips mandatory evenwhen they do not deserve it? I normally like to tip but he did not deserve the tip in the first place for his rude comments,attitude and rudeness. Read more

My son got the strawberry cheesecake milkshake, wife got a birthday cake milkshake and I had the banana split. All delicious.... Fast drive thru window service. Be sure to leave a tip. They work fast and deserve it. Read more

Staff were friendly and patient as we were undecided. Paxton did receive a pup cup. I don't remember the 3 waffle cone sizes... they have. I opted for the small size which were 2 scoops of yumminest. The medium cone aka best value had 3 scoops. Samplesare available as well. Enjoy???????? Read more

BEST ICE CREAM EVER!! The ice cream here always taste so fresh! The waffle cones are the same way and the smell from the window... smells so delicious. The regular size waffle cone is definitely a good bang for your buck. My favorite is the New YorkCheesecake and the Graham Central Station but every flavor I?ve tried has been very good. This is surprising bc im a picky eaterand even pickier when it comes to ice cream lol. The people at the window are always friendly. I definitely recommend thisplace. Read more
