We haven't been to this Applebee's after a bad experince at another location. This was a totally different place. Food was good... but I ordered a mushroom and swiss, there were so many onions (and I like onions) I had to remove some. While doing that I foundonly 3 mushrooms. So tell them yourvordering a mushroom and Swiss not an onion and swiss. My girl had the quesadillas and thesalsa had spilledvon the plate leaving them soggy on the back. Over all good taste, but a little thought about your plating andcontents will get those last 2 stars. Read more

Definitely one of the worst dining experiences of my life. As you can see: restaurant was dead. Rhwre qerw two tables when we... came in. Three patrons at the bar. We waited over 60 seconds for the hostess to get off her phone and acknowledge us.she says,"two? " goes to a table, throws a couple of menus down and says "here'. Goes right back to her phone after three paces from ourtable. Our server was an American black guy. Amicable enough. But had to listen to him secure a second job. A day-time cleaningposition. I can?t say enough about this place!!! It was our very first time eating here but it will not be the last!! Everything is great,... the parking lot was clean and easy to get in and out of. The staff was all very nice, and the restaurant was all clean. The foodwas great, by far the best restaurant I have ever had!! I highly recommend you to check this place out. Arrived and parked. Entered restaurant anticipating a nice lunch with family. Wasn't greeted by a Waitress walking by. Manager... walks into dining room from kitchen, makes eye contact, doesn't smile, doesn't speak, waive, or otherwise acknowledge my family.Bar Tender didn't smile, waive, or otherwise acknowledge our presence. No Hostess present. We waited a reasonable amount of timeand turned around and walked out as everyone watched us leave. I wish I could leave zero stars for this Applebee's as CustomerService is a concept completely lost on its Staff (at least today anyways). A simple "Merry Christmas" would have been welcomedfrom the passing Waitress when we entered and possibly changed the complexion of our experience. Read more
