Young man behind the counter was very polite but there was a problem with my coffee and the lady handing it out. My wife told... the lady her drink is the wrong size and made wrong from how it was ordered she even showed the lady on the app and the ladyproceeded to arguee with my wife that she ordered her coffee wrong my wife orders the same coffee every time she enters one ofyour establishments. My wife tried to politely explain what happened the lady gave more attitude in the end causing my wife towalk put of the store crying. Read more
Incredibly friendly and personable staff. They also have consistently gotten my coffee order right and made using my new rewards... program app super easy. The atmosphere is cozy, comfortable, relaxing, inviting, and all of the other wonderful words for anideal cafe. This is my ideal Starbucks in Panama City. Read more

As always Starbucks exceeded my expectations. The order was exactly as I had made it on the app. I even made the mistake of... going to the wrong store. That was no problem for Starbucks, they just changed the store to the one I was at. Personnel waspolite and cafe' was clean. Read more
Super friendly and welcoming staff. Inside is very neat and clean. Employees are following COVID-19 procedures religiously and... maintaining social distancing. This is a very busy Starbucks. They have a public restroom. They have outdoor seating. When it's too hot they put the umbrellas... out. They have Wi-Fi you can use. They have a large selection of coffee cups and coffee beans. Today we ordered from The Secretmenu. We ordered Mocha Frap with Reese's Cups. If you're interested in all the choices you have just Google it. They have veryfast service. You can park in front which can be a little difficult to get out of at times. Or park in the lower parking lotwhich is much easier to get in-and-out of. I very happy they put a big Orange cone where there was a huge pothole. Read more
