Bad customer service with rude employees and stale food also shake machines always supposedly are down. Then once you get to the... drive thru window they make you pull into a parking spot because the food is not ready. Zero stars, the company that owns this franchise has other locations that do a great job however this location is absolutely... horrible. Manager is extremely rude and likes to yell and throw her arms around when asked a simple question ( she will costthem a law suite ). Always out of most breakfast items at at 10:10am everyday and blames it on the night shift. I am sorry butif you are the manager and knows there is a problem then fix it or reach out to corporate for help, don?t scream or talk down tothe customer it?s not our fault and we just want to get breakfast. I used to go inside but they ignore you hoping you go away. I have stood there 20 minutes and never acknowledged, so much for customer service.
