Place is always dirty. The food is never made right always cold or barely warm at all the cheese on the burger wouldn?t even... melt. Management doesn?t apologize for any of their wrong doings..I would say go to the one on Thomas drive they are much betteron the food and customer service. Will not be going back. Read more
Absolutely horrible experience. Took too long for the order. The store was not ready to be open at the time they were taking... orders. Ordered a caramel ice coffee and apple fritter. Gave me a partially frozen fritter. Handed it back and watch worker takeit out the bag without any food safety measure take. While taking cash. She was supposed to discard that one because once outthe window it cannot be used. She took the one out the bag and heated it up with no safety measures followed then handed me backthe same fritter. This place is horrible. Don?t waste your time coming to this McDonald?s. The customer service is terrible. The employees are... very rude. They try to over charge you by ringing up items separately instead of as a meal. The lady told us we couldn?t have awater for a drink with our meal so she tried to charge us a regular drink price for a water and ring our items separately unlesswe ordered a drink (that we didn?t want) to make it a meal. Never had this happen before and was extremely frustrating. They arealso extremely slow. What should have been like a 5-7 minute wait in the drive thru turned into 20+ minutes and had to goinside. My husband and I went to this place for dinner and I order double fish sandwich. This is the worst sandwich I had in my life. ... Normally the fish fillet should be soft and tender but it?s just like fish jerky at this McDonald?s. The double fish sandwichlooks like wrong order which returned by customer and kept in the fridge at least more than one week and finally I order thesame thing the cook just took out the leftover and heated in microwave. I had the worst experience I?ve ever received at a McDonald?s and I consider myself a McDonald?s connoisseur. Upon arrival I was... greeted at the microphone by a lady who seemed really rude and in a hurry to take my order. When I got to the window to pay shesaid they were out of Diet Coke and I ordered 2 diet cokes and 1 regular coke I ended up getting no regular coke. This is alsothe same lady who rolled her eyes and screamed when I asked her to repeat herself. When I left our order was wrong, The frieswere stale and none of the drink were what I ordered. I sat in the drive thru while other cars that came after me in the other line were waited on so I went inside. The sweet tea in... the lobby is not covered for anyone to infect it. My Big Mac only had one patty and one slice of cheese but all three buns. Mysons double quarter pounder was only a single. Joe Pesci in Lethal Weapon was correct. They F you at the drive through. Went there to get burgers. 1 person at drive thru, we both sat there approx. 10 minutes. No one answered. Drove up to window... lady there was on phone b s ing. Terrible.
