Had the worst experience ever. Went around lunch and ordered 2 sandwiches. 1 was wrong and I went back and was treated like a... liar. Not only did the lady open the sandwich to verify but she pushed it to me and said we can?t keep this. All the while mysandwich was still made wrong. This is more or less for all locations. Due to COVID, we use online food delivery services at work everyday. Have been for over... a year ordering the Famous Philly CHEESE STEAK. now, ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY TOOK IT OFF OF BOTH ONLINE FOOD DELIVERY SERVICES WEUSE. So I went to use their online and it is not on their delivery options either. it is on their menu but apparently if I wantone, I have to go to an actual location to get it. Looks like I'm eating somewhere else for a while. Two of us order it all thetime and are highly disappointed we cant order that sandwich anymore. EDIT: In reply to the owners comment. At the time I wrotethis, this sandwich was not available online at all. period. It seems to be now after the fact. So I will change my rating butit does not negate fact that two of us were highly disappointed that day. Overall the food is decent and service is decent. Read more
Use to love this place.. Great food and service!! Unfortunately today I decided me n my son would eat here. Dads treat! The... cashier starting getting upset when I wasn't ready when she wanted and it progressed from there. Took a guys order that came inas we were trying to order. Then asked for toasted buns. Nope sorry dried up bread is not toasted bread. As the muttering andrudeness continued I watched my sandwhich sit there with my sons atleast 10 minutes before deciding to wrap them. I tried this location for the first time last night with my wife. It wasn't busy and I was surprised to see both of the staff... cleaning when we came in. These days it seems it's phone time for employees when business is slow. We both had Philly CheeseSteak. They were high quality and both employees were very friendly and professional. I liked the fact that the steak stripswere cooked on a grill rather than a microwave like the sub shop across the street. The bread was also very soft and had a freshflavor.. This should be considered a normal restaurant experience, but these days it's doesn't seem to be the case, so it was apleasant experience. I could see it being a little difficult to get into the parking lot from the westbound lane, but not asbad as some other places on 23rd. I will definitely eat here again. Read more

Been in multiple times over the last couple years. Every time service is horrible. Last time I took my mom there. She ordered... her food and I ordered mine. The lady who took my order and who was making my food was asking my mom questions about my orderlike I wasn't there. It was disrespectful and unprofessional. Read more
