I am only giving this 2 stars because I love chicken salad chick in general. However our experience at this location was worse... than going to Applebee's and that's pretty bad! It started by me calling to check if this location had white bread. When I triedordering online it did not give me the option so I wanted to be sure they had it available. I was told over the phone they forsure had white bread and that he could take my order over the phone. He did not ask my name and rushed off the phone withoutgiving me a total or reading back my order. When we arrived to the store the girl in the window asked my name and I told her henever asked my name on the phone. She searched for my order for 10 mins then after I asked her to read it back to me she wouldonly read the sandwiches we got and not the side items or drinks. So naturally after receiving our food I checked it and almosteverything was wrong. They had given us wheat bread (said they were out of white). All of our sides were completely wrong. Thetoasted turkey sandwich for my son felt like it had just been taken out of the freezer and the side was also wrong. Alreadyaggravated from waiting over 20minutes for a call in order, I decided to go inside. The girl at the counter was extremely rudeand after her attitude I just simply decided on a refund. I did not want to wait another 20mins for a remake. The girl thentells me "you will have to deal with her if I want a refund". Thats fine but the way she said it was so rude. I felt I was beingextremely nice and polite especially after waiting as long as I did. Then another 10mins went by waiting on the manager. Afterexplaining what happened she then had to call another woman to get me a refund. Once the refund was started I then had to waitfor cash change (no big deal) however the manager had the first rude employee re-ring the order so they could issue a refund.She didn't re-ring it right and as I started to count my refund I realized the amount was off. Love the quality of the food and service here. The sweet tea was just the right sweetness, but the styrofoam cups are not good... thing though. Atmosphere and cleanliness of the restaurant was above the ?norm? for Panama City! Read more
Great place. I had the sandwich meal. I got full but didn't feel sluggish full like alot of other places. Becca was very helpful... and provided excellent service. I seriously doubt there is a better chicken salad sandwich around. Read more
Food is always great, would give 5 stars but the girl at the window was kind of rude to me. No smile, and looked at me like I... was an idiot for saying ?thank you so much? to her. Need to teach their employees how to say ?you?re welcome?, since they don?tknow the basic skills of customer hospitality I suppose. Read more
