Sometimes the drive thru can be pretty fast, other times ridiculously slow. I understand that it?s Chick Fil A and they are... always very crowded, but Chick Fil As usually seem to handle the traffic pretty well. Also, one of the Drive Thru lines wasmoving significantly faster than the other. Not sure what was wrong with my lane but if I would have gotten in the other lane Iwould have gotten my food about 5 minutes sooner. Overall though, it?s the typical quality service you get from most Chick FilAs although probably not the fastest in town. So just be prepared to wait for a while if it?s crowded. Read more

We got to the restaurant right before 10:30 am, when breakfast is over. As we were waiting in line, the guy came out to turn the... menus so we asked if we could still order breakfast. He said that they?d had a huge catering order that morning and he wasn?tsure what was left, and we?d just have to ask. He was super nice and apologetic. When we ordered, the young lady said that theywere, indeed, out of chicken biscuits and chicken minis. We were disappointed, but Chick-fil-A lunch is yummy, too. When we gotto the window, the guy that turned the menus popped his head out of the window and said he HAD found 2 biscuits and some minis,and he gave them to us. Over the past year,chick fil -A's quality and consistency has fallen off tremendously.The fillet's have gotten much smaller.At... times I've ordered a sandwich and thought it was a fillet for a breakfast biscuit on my sandwich and they have gotten skimpywith the fries.When I get home with my food it's cold most of the time. I only live approximately 7 minutes away.The containersare literally filled half way fries..I never thought I'd have to write such a review on Chick -filA out of all places.I've onlyever known them to be top notch across the board but that hasn't been the case for awhile now. Employees were friendly. When we went today it wasn't crowded. Everything was set up nicely and clean. The restroom was clean,... floors were really wet and the cleaning supplies were all left in the restroom on the counter. Read more
Do not use the mobile ordering app. Every time I am waiting 20 minutes. Left today without even getting my food because I have... to go!!!! Whole point of online ordering is to ensure your time constraints. So now no time to eat and money spent on food Idon't have. Read more
