Over hyped. Went to try out the Mac and cheese cause i love mac and cheese and everyone says their Mac and cheese is the bomb,... obviously people don't know how to eat cause it was the nastiest I've tried. Worse than store bought. It was very dry, almost nocheese, skimped on it, saltier than a McDonald's fry and it came with a brown crust mixed in. That definitely means it's beensitting out for a while in their kitchen. And on top of that, cold. Chick-fil-Bye. Read more

This Panama City Beach location Chick-fil-A keeps getting worse and worse! The new drive-through is the longest wait time at any... drive-through I?ve ever been in and keeps getting worse to the point I would rather travel 10 miles away to a different locationand get my food faster. The employees always act like they?re irritated and do not smile or say thank you. My last visit I wassitting at the drive-through doors waiting for my food when I saw the employee sneeze in her hands and then went to grab myfries and food and put in the bag. I was disgusted by that and asked for a refund. The manager came over and asked me why andwhen I told her she acted like it was no big deal and refunded my card. She did not apologize and did not say anything to theemployee. If this happens In plain sight can you imagine what happens behind the scenes that we don?t see when our food isbeing prepared. they didn?t have any workers taking orders outside which is so odd for a chick fil a so the line went very slow. we were... probably there for a total of 30 minutes. then when i got up the window they gave me a bag missing half of my order. i told aworker and she set the bag inside and didn?t do anything about it. we sat there another 4 minutes blocking the whole line untila worker from the back had to come see what was up. it took 3 workers to get us our food. I eat here often because it?s close to my work and the salads are yummy. I had an employee named Blane at the drive through... that was very nice. They sit outside under a tent when it?s over 100 degrees And still has a smile. Great customer service Read more
Food is great! but I'm rated a 4 star because of the super long drive thru lines. Even though they don't take 'as long' as... McDonald's, they still remind me of McDonald's and that is a huge turn off for me sorry. Read more
