4-5 stars for the food and the staff. 0-1 stars for the insane prices. We know that psychologically we all "enjoy" sandwiches... made by someone else more. Because if we make it ourselves, our brain begins processing it before we eat it, further reducingour pleasure centers' "experience." But not at a price of nearly $40 for 2 people. I tryed there hot philly cheese steak 2/5 i felt like the meat was a little on the grey side and not properly cooked, lingering... flavor of undercooked meat, need to be cooked more to get it a bit more color. perhaps this place is only known for the coldcuts. Shout out to this morning staff . My vehicle was stranded since 630a. One of there employees she was so understanding and she... kept asking if we are ok my son and I. Placed a mobile order for pick up. We arrived at the store about 10mins early for our pick up time so I waited patiently in my... car until that time was up. When walking in the store I noticed the order wasn?t ready and they didn?t even start my order yet.They asked me my name and still Proceeded to skip my order to take care of people who I saw walk in the store while waiting inmy car.. guess they can careless about your time and customer service. The saddest JMs sandwich I?ve ever eaten. Ordered two 3-packs of chocolate chips and got one 3-pack of sugar cookies and 2... chocolate chip cookies.
