The dining area was very clean.
Most awful Dunkin I have ever been too. I?ve given them the benefit of the doubt 3 times now, they never get my order right and... never have my mobile order ready. I ordered two donuts the last time and had to tell them to give me my donuts and told themexactly what the donuts were, 2 chocolate glazed. I got the bag and they gave me regular glazed. Not only do the not know how toget orders right, but they never make a good cup of coffee, it always tastes awful. Read more

What can I say, if you are a dunkin fan this one is spot on. It may be a bit hard to get to going southbound on Harlem, but... northbound is a breeze. I always get a decaf iced and sometimes it may taste off or a bit old - not here, never had a bad one. Stop by and enjoy! Read more
I literally visit DD everyday. I have a nasty coffee habit. I am never disappointed with Dunkin donuts. The only complaint is... the DD in 127th and Harlem they always charge me something different for the same size and same exact coffee every day. I'vecomplained with no help from the staff. Oh well I still get the coffee anyway. Read more

I have never had a bad experience at any other location, however, I was very displeased with my visit. First, the employees were... short with me and ignored me when I approached the counter. They were more interested in their own personal conversations.Then, they got my order wrong, and when I tasted my hot chocolate it tasted and looked like dirty water. Pulled up at the drive thru at 9:40pm, there wasn?t any response after waiting and saying hello so I checked what time they... closed online and it showed 10pm. I didn?t wanna bother them as they close in 20 minutes so I just went on my way to see someonein the window doing closing tasks. I wish they would?ve just told us they were closed rather than having us wait for no reason. Read more
