The quality of the ingredients is super low. The tapioca tastes like plastic, basically nothing. Sugar, water, and pre-made tea.... I recommend try to find alternative options. Places with more fresh fruit as the main ingredients. Read more

I get Thai milk tea with boba and melon pearls everytime I go there. Such a yummy drink.
Loved the tea options here! The staff can be a little rude sometimes . Have tried a couple of options and all were good. My... favorite is Elegant rose aloe and the summer special peachy tea. Lots of options to choose from and long waiting on weekendsafter 8:30 pm. But totally worth it! Read more

So good, love it. Best bobba tea ever. Good pricing for size. I recommended the rose one with a little bobba. Or the bubble... waffle it was delicious. Great location in downtown Palo Alto with decent indoor seating plus a couple small sidewalk tables. Good variety of drinks,... always good quality. Has wifi. I think restroom is no longer available to customers. Read more
