Ordered 5 items from this Subway via DoorDash 1hr ago and only 1 sandwich delivered. What was interesting was when I called... Subway and told them what I ordered, before even completing the full list I was cut off and told that it?s DoorDash?sresponsibility. First of all ! This location won?t participate in any deal which subway offer ! Second the changed the staffs who have very poor... customer service ! A great subway - staff are always friendly and generous with toppings, especially salad. The seating area inside is very small... but the have a larger seating area outside. All their ingredients were fresh. Just be aware to check pricing upon payment -sometimes they forget to apply deals like the sub of the day. Read more
I've been coming here for quite a long time for lunch. Never have I been here after 3:00pm. Today I did. BAD CUSTOMER... SERVICE!!! I asked for a combo. He never asked if I wanted cookies or chips? As I was paying I asked "can I have two cookiesinstead of chips?" Boy... I shouldn't have asked. He got so mad. Said "nex time you need to ask before" which I said "I alwaysask for a combo, pay... and ask for cookies" He replied so rude and went mumbling as he walked back to the kitchen. 100% sureI'm not going back.
