Went by for coffee at 4:50pm, store was locked workers inside cleaning. Posted hours were until 5. I was able to get worker to... come to door and said they closed early because they were too tired to stay open until closing hours. Disappointing level ofservice. I am very disappointed. I moved here 3 months ago and I have came to this location 3 times at the time of open and every other... time the doors are locked up and there are no employees there. This time was a little different because all the employees weresitting outside of the locked Starbucks and they mentioned that their manager had some personal problems therefore they werelocked outside of their job. I actually felt really bad for them because none of them could do anything about the situationtheir manager put them all in. This location needs their operations team to look into management. This is Unacceptable for sucha high caliber brand. Now I have to go find another location because my entire team wanted Starbucks this morning. Very veryinconvenient. Read more
