I would recommend Sprout Cafe if you are looking for healthy, build-your-own food options. I ordered the Asian Chicken Noodle... soup and it was very light and fresh. My husband made his own salad, including baby arugula, fennel, edamame, and diced grannysmith apples with light dressing mixed in. We were satisfied with our food, but disappointed with the provided water. Theprovided water had a mix of watermelon, cucumber, and lemon, and the flavor was distracting and not refreshing. We preferredSprout Cafe's previous options of lemon OR cucumber water, as we found those more refreshing. We also preferred Sprout'sprevious bread over their current foccacia offering. Read more
I had the Southwestern Salad ($13.95), and I added a protein (Curry Spiced Chicken), for an additional $3.95. It was a very nice... salad. Everything tasted fresh, and the chicken was nicely cooked and seasoned. I recommend this place for a nice lunch. I willbe back. Read more
Great place to get variety of sandwiches, salads, sides and soups. Servers are very nice and keep checking to make sure one is... comfortable. Indoors is very spacious and artistic. I love their infused water. I got spicy chicken sandwich and a salad, it wasdelicious. I keep coming back to this place. Prices are reasonable compared to other restaurants at University avenue.Surrounding are nice and vibrant. Plenty street parking available and there are extra open parking and garages available forfree on weekends and 2-3 hours parking on weekdays. Update: I have been going to this cafe from a while. It?s at a primelocation and car needs to be parked in nearby parking lots. I have tried sandwiches and salads at this place, they are alwaysfull of flavors, fresh and delicious. Went in person after frequent door deliveries, and while it?s delicious and convenient delivered to my door, it?s even better... eating my favorite shrimp summer rolls freshly made. Other favs are the Asian chicken noodle soup, the Davy salad (grilledsalmon with arugula perfectly dressed), the truffle tater tots and sweet potato fries. The atmosphere was nice, but I was very disappointed by the food. Initially I was excited at the large selection of variants I... can choose from as toppings, carbs, meats, etc... however, the salad felt blend and subpar. Sweetgreen, in comparison, ispriced better, has larger portions and is much tastier in my opinion. Read more
